Please read carefully our appointment policy. Once you book you agree to all policies bellow. • A non- refundable deposit of 30% is required when booking an appointment. The deposit goes towards your remaining balance of your booked service. • While we understand things happen. Clients can cancel or reschedule ONCE. If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please do so within 12 HOURS PRIOR . If not, you will forfeit your deposit. • There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. • No call/No shows will forfeit the deposit and charge full amount of deposit. • I do not work over other lash artist work. Please book a FULL SET with REMOVAL at the time of booking an appointment. Por favor lea atentamente nuestra política de citas.
