By booking an appointment with Rider, you agree to adhere to the following policies: Deposits: Deposits are not required Monday-Friday, 10 AM-10 PM for pre-booked online appointments. A 20% deposit is required for same-day bookings, weekends, early morning, late night, or clients under 40 years old. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment with 8-hour notice. Scheduling: Book up to 2 weeks in advance. Same-day bookings require a 20% deposit. InCall requires 3-hour notice, OutCall requires 2-hour notice. Strict adherence to these policies will be enforced. Cancellations: $75 cancellation fee applies unless a deposit is paid. One free reschedule with 8-hour notice. No-shows or unpaid fees result in a block and reporting to review platforms. Screening & Verification: Valid phone number required; temporary/VOIP numbers not accepted. Calls go to voicemail; non-compliant numbers will be blocked.
