Please review the information below so we’re all set for your visit. ⸻ 📝 Salon Etiquette • Please come alone (no extra guests). • No vaping or smoking inside. • Nails must be clean and bare (no gel, polish, or acrylic bits). ⸻ 🏥 Health & Safety Policy Your health and safety are my top priority. All services are cosmetic and performed only on healthy skin and nails. • Services will NOT be performed on clients with infections, fungus, warts, or any contagious conditions. • No services will be done over open wounds, cuts, sores, or inflamed/irritated skin. • If any condition is present that may compromise safety, service will be declined. • If you have a medical condition (such as diabetes or compromised circulation), please inform me prior to your appointment. • I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If necessary, you may be referred to a medical professional. • All tools are properly cleaned and sanitized, and single-use items are disposed of after each client. • By booking, you confirm you are in suitable condition to receive cosmetic services. ⸻ 👣 Pedicure Policy • Please arrive with clean feet. Excessively dirty feet may result in refusal of service. • Gel polish removal on toes must be booked in advance. • Excessive callus buildup may require multiple sessions, results cannot be guaranteed in one visit. • Polish retention is not guaranteed on damaged or compromised toenails. ⸻ 💅🏼 Fills & Nail Maintenance • BIAB™ Fills: After 4 weeks (28 days), a removal and new set is required. • Acrylic Fills: After 4 weeks (28 days), a soak-off and new set is required. ⸻ 💰 Deposits • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Pedicure appointments require a $40 non-refundable deposit. • Deposit will be applied toward your total. • To retain your deposit, any reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ⸻ 🔄 Rescheduling • Must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. • After this window, a new appointment must be booked and a new deposit required. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Canceling your appointment will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged a $50 fee to the card on file. ⸻ ⏱ Late Policy • 10+ minutes late → $10 late fee. • 15+ minutes late → appointment will be canceled. ⸻ 💳 Payment Options • Cash • Card (3.5% + $0.30 transaction fee) • Zelle •PayPal •CashApp
