NO SHOW & CANCELLATION

We Require 48 hours notice if you cant attend.any deposits or payments left are lost if the Appointment is missed.
In some Circumstances We may charge 100% of the missed appointment.

£20 fee may be added if the dogs coat is in an unacceptable or matted condition.
PLEASE DISCLOSE BY ADDING MATTING FEE WHEN BOOKING FROM THE MENU as we need to allocate extra time If this is not done We will add £20 on collection of your dog.

The self service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via your account or confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment.
If we have taken advanced payment it is non refundable only transferable if we are given 48 hours notice.

⚠️Matted Felted coats may incur a £20 charge

•PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE however they are transferrable if 48hrs notice is provided.
 
•CANCEL OR MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT UP TO 48hrs BEFORE 

•LESS THAN 48hrs NOTICE ANY DEPOSITS HELD ARE LOST 

£20 off the missed appointment is also due before any new bookings will be approved where you will also need to leave a new deposit.

if you present your dog in an unacceptable condition on the day any Payments made are subject to additional charge
If dogs are presented in a poor condition or If you think your dogs coat is matted please use the matting add on surcharge at booking stage from drop down menu.

Payments & Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance using the link provided, your payment or deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
Notice periods of less than 48hours full payment is taken.
Your deposit includes a small platform “booking fee”
If you choose to avoid this you can pay the remainder in cash or card with no fees when your service is complete.

Friendly goes over and above to accomodate around your working days, Rosie is very content when in the groomer which is a bonus 😀 

Absolutely amazing. Willow loves her time with will. She walk in no problem. Gets a bit shaky if i stay talking to long(happens ofter). When i pick her up she walks about salon like she owns the place looking beautiful evrytime. We have been coming to urban tails and even our neighbours think that wull gets her cut perfect every time summer or winter. 

We have been taking Toby to get his haircut here for years , we wouldn’t take him anywhere else 

Always a great experience here for my dog ruby, she always comes out looking great and smelling wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone. Such a friendly and gentle experience for her each time we visit. Definitely run by a dog lover. 

Will is great ! My little guy is anxious he’s always patient, kind and gentle with him. He always checks what you are wanting done and tries to help and accommodate you. He always ready with advice for other doggy problems. Highly recommend !

Every visit is fantastic.  Will takes the time to talk with you and your dogs so you feel comfortable leaving your fur babies in his capable hands and know you’re coming back to collect a transformed  baby who is always groomed to perfection.

Amazing Cut as always. Will shows so much care to our Cockapoo and nothing is too much trouble 

Will is excellent at what he does.  We have been going to Will for years and he always makes a perfect job of grooming out two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.  Would recommend Urban Tails (Will) to anyone.
