“I arrived at the treatment room feeling stressed and emotional but Tina soon put me at ease. She welcomed the insight I gave her to my current state of mind and hormones as this indicated the areas she needed to focus on. We also decided on an uplifting oil. My Indian head & back massage was just what I needed. I switched off, relaxed, enjoyed the experience and left feeling much lighter. ”
