DEPOSIT: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total. Deposits are paid through the booking site. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. PAYMENT: Remaining balances can be paid via CASH ONLY! PREPARATION: Every service now includes a wash and blow-dry, so just arrive with a positive attitude and get ready to be slayed! No extra prep needed — I’ll take care of your hair from start to finish! GUESTS: To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, no extra guests are allowed during your appointment. POST-APPOINTMENT: If you experience any issues with your style, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS: A $50 squeeze-in fee applies for same-day appointments or bookings on days marked unavailable. LATE POLICY: A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 20 minutes, a $30 late fee will be added. If you are 30+ minutes late and no communication, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. No call/no-shows will result in a booking ban. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will result in a no call/no-show ban.
