Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, after this time there will be no deposit refunds given for cancelled appointments. Arrival & Entry Someone must be present at the time of your appointment. If the clean cannot go ahead on arrival and no prior notice has been given, deposits will be retained and a call-out fee of £25 will be charged. Standard cleans are maintenance cleans. A maximum of 2 add-ons can be selected per standard clean. If additional or more extensive add-ons are required, the service may need to be upgraded to a deep clean.
