Appointments
Please book your appointment in advance so we can save your spot!
If you’d like nail art, make sure to select it on top of your service 💖 — this helps us allow enough time and prepare the right products for your nails.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your service.
• No-shows may be charged the full service price.
Late Arrivals ⏰
If you’re running late, please let us know! Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to shorten your service or reschedule to stay on time for other clients.
Health & Safety / Hygiene 🧴
• Please wash or sanitise your hands before your appointment if possible.
• Let us know if you have any skin conditions, infections, or open cuts around the treatment area.
• For brow services, please avoid retinol, exfoliants, or chemical peels at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• If you’ve had recent Botox, filler, or cosmetic treatments, please mention this so we can keep your skin safe.
• All tools and stations are cleaned and sanitised between every client.
Brow Patch Tests 🌿
• A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before any brow tint or lamination service.
• If you haven’t had a patch test recently or haven’t completed one with us, you’ll need to fill out a Consultation & Patch Test Form before your treatment.
• This ensures your safety and helps us tailor the service to your skin type and sensitivities.
Photos & Social Media 📸
We love sharing our nail and brow creations! If you’d prefer not to have photos or videos of your look shared online, just let us know — we’ll keep your appointment private.
