“We took our cavapoochon Toby to the DIrtyDawg for a full groom. As we were leaving he became agitated and distressed. However with Laura’s patience and reassurance on our return he emergered with a lovely new summer cut, all ready for the hot weather. He looked and smelt gorgeous and we were very pleased. “Laura is so patient and caring with Marlowe, he’s had a fair few groomers and he was always so fearful and hated going. He absolutely loves coming to Laura, she recognises when he needs a break and takes the extra time if he needs it rather than rushing the job. Means a lot to have that trust and makes it so much easier and stress free. Even after her move we continue to travel 45 mins to see her. The cut is always what I’ve asked for and my kids love the extra touches (cute bows at Xmas). ”
