The Lulabella – Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with The Lulabella via Instagram, DM, or our online booking system, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: Bookings • All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. • Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from The Lulabella. • Please ensure all booking details are correct before confirming. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable booking free is required to secure all appointments. • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. • Failure to pay booking fee may result in your appointment not being secured. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations outside of this time will result in loss of deposit. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
