“I made an appointment on a Saturday for 10am on the next Monday. I received an email confirming that day and time. On that Monday, I received a text and or email several hours prior to my appointment reminding me of my appointment. I arrived at The Shop at about 9:55. It was closed. I waited until 10:15 am and still no one showed up to open The Shop nor to cut my hair. It is a 15 minute drive from my house to The Shop. It appears that the reminder text/email should have been sent to the barber.”
