“Communication was great! She let me know that she was running a few minutes behind by about 10 minutes. When they arrived she brought treats for my dog. She let him warm up to her. Of course my dog was all over her and trying to give her kisses. She clipped his nails which he didn't care for too much but she was still able to get them done. Now it's bath time. Once she started to wash him, he loved it. After his bath she dried him and my dog thought it was the best thing ever. ”

My big dog, Mina, is very nervous about getting her nails clipped and she made it known with some growling and barking. Despite this, her groomer was incredibly brave and confident, handling her with skill and patience. It was a huge relief to see how well they managed the situation, and having a helper there was a bonus. Mina did really well. Highly recommended!”
