Excellent first introduction to reformer pilates. Felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the pace of this 1-1. Highly recommend. 

Great instructor, challenging workout but love the sessions.  

 love going to pilates I feel so much better after a session with Deirdre she's an excellent teacher,   it keeps me very flexible 🙂

Deirdre has literally changed my life. I have multiple issues within my body and the one to one sessions she does are completely tailored to my individual needs. Coupled with the full body massage I am so much better off both physically and mentally.
My only regret is not finding her sooner.
