I had my first session with Deirdre today. She was very patient and talked me through everything. She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt very safe in her hands. I would highly recommend.

Deirdre is insanely good at what she does. She was so patient with me. I loved learning from her and being genuinely humbled by her understanding and ability to communicate the movements in a way I could follow. I can’t wait for the next session!

Deirdre is an amazing teacher. Her classes are perfect for strengthening and flexibility and she always makes sure that you get a balanced workout from head to toe. She’s really intuitive and will work with your capabilities on any given day. I would highly recommend her classes to any age and any ability. 

Excellent first introduction to reformer pilates. Felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the pace of this 1-1. Highly recommend.

Since starting Pilates with Deirdre, I have noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and overall strength. Not only have I seen physical changes in my body, but I have also found that Pilates has provided me with a great mental escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Deirdre has literally changed my life. I have multiple issues within my body and the one to one sessions she does are completely tailored to my individual needs. Coupled with the full body massage I am so much better off both physically and mentally.
