If your preferred time slot is unavailable, contact us directly; earlier hours and later appointments can be arranged for an additional fee. For the health and safety of all, we kindly ask that you reschedule if you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms such as fever, cough, or sneezing. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows but will be applied to your service. If you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will transfer to the new booking. Kindly confirm your appointment time by replying. Please be advised that no extra guests or children are allowed in the spa. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
