Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, (a late cancellation fee may apply) Clients should arrive at their scheduled time, we will not be able to groom your dog if you are more than 10 minutes late as we won’t be able to complete the groom in the given Time slot. Clients will be sent a text or we will call you about 15-20mins before your dog is ready to be collected, (Please also note that we can only hold your dog for 30 minutes after their groom as we do not have the capacity to hold multiple dogs at a time, there will be an additional 5€ charge for every 15 minutes after that) If a Client fails to show up to an appointment there will be a fee of half the price of the total cost of the groom , which would be paid at your next appointment should you reschedule.
