Booking fee’s are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided before 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. If you cancel within 48 hours before your appointment, 75% of the service will be automatically charged from your bank account

Jerry was very patient with me when pain got to much and offered numbing cream/spray to reduce the amount of pain I felt, we went to get food together during the appointment to I could have sugar in my system and she was a very friendly person to talk to. All my designs are exactly how I wanted them and no changes in placement or design was required, I highly recommend her for tattoos that are more painful as she checks in and offers breaks/pain relief when needed :))
