Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by The Balanced Bull. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment start time. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Less than 24hr cancellation notice is subject to cancellation fee of 50% of service booked, with a minimum of $50. No shows are subject to fee of 100% of service booked. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
