Cancelation/Reschedule/ESA/Social Media Clients must provide a 24-hour notice for any cancelation or rescheduling of appointments. Late Policy: Clients must notify Tatnails19 at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment if they will be 10 minutes late or more. A 10 minute grace period will be given if proper notice is provided, otherwise, the appointment will be canceled. No Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a $30 deposit requirement for rescheduling. A second no-show will result in inability to book future appointments. Emergency: Exceptions to the no-show policy may be made for emergencies. Friendly Headsup: The salon is located on an active farm. There are free range chickens and ducks on this farm. If you are uncomfortable around livestock, please let me know ahead of time and I will do my best to put them up. Emotional Support Animals: ESAs are welcome at my shop. Only requirement is they have to be updated on their rabies shot. I do have an ESA, yellow lab named Penelope that stays with me at all times. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, please let me know ahead of time and I will plan for her to stay home. I has several social media platforms. I upload nail work that includes my own nails and clients. By reading and acknowledging this information, you give me permission to film your nail session for my social media accounts.
