To ensure the best experience, please take your time to read our booking policy before booking as our terms & conditions have been updated. Please note that card payments attract a processing fee of 3.5% + £0.30 per transaction. You’re welcome to pay your deposit by bank transfer and the balance in cash, with no additional fees. GENERAL POLICY • A non-refundable deposit which goes towards the total cost of service is required TO CONFIRM your appointment. • Reschedules must be before 48 hours of your appointment, or you will need another deposit to book a new date. (Only one reschedule is permitted) • Deposits cannot be transferred and are forfeited if the client cancels or is a no-show. • The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH preferably, however, Card payments are accepted • Reschedule must be done through your confirmation message • Please Be cautious about canceling an appointment when not needed, A no-call or no-show may be charged the full amount. LATENESS POLICY • The first 15 minutes are not charged. • 15–30 minutes late will incur a £5 fee. • Every additional 30 minutes thereafter will be charged £5. HAIR APPOINTMENT POLICY • Extensions is not included in all braid services, please bring your own hair but must be "PRESTRETCHED. • Hair must be clean and product-free which includes oil and leave-in conditioner (washed no more than two days prior) it must be thoroughly detangled and blown out. (washing or detangling will attract extra charges). • Do not plan an important event right after your appointment to avoid rushing. • Your hair must be 3-4 inches in length all around the edges for all style. • Booking is allowed up to 30 days out from the current date. Phibrows Microblading (1st procedure)

Microblading is an artistic cosmetic procedure in which a trained artist uses a specialised tool with blades/needles to draw fine lines into the epidermis layer of the skin. This results in fine, realistic and natural hair strokes.
