WELCOME — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 🤍 THE BEAUTY HOOD CO. offers a personalised, welcoming beauty experience specialising in brow makeovers, lash lifts, tooth gems and OG Classic Lash Extensions. This is a safe, judgment-free space where you’ll be listened to, feel comfortable and leave feeling even more confident. 🖤 BOOKING + DEPOSITS A deposit is required to secure your appointment. When booking with The Beauty Hood Co., you are reserving a dedicated appointment time specifically for you. All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred ONE time only to another appointment when you reschedule using the link provided in your booking confirmation email and give more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment are considered a late cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited to compensate for the appointment time reserved. Failure to attend your appointment will also result in your deposit being forfeited. LASH REFILLS Lash refills are available within 2–3 weeks (maximum 21 days) and require at least 50% of your extensions remaining. If less than 50% remain, a full set will be required. Please provide notice prior to your appointment so sufficient time can be allocated. We do not perform foreign refills. New clients are encouraged to book a patch test through the online booking system prior to their appointment. PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE Where appointments are offered on a public holiday, a $20 public holiday surcharge will apply.
