For our clients we carefully select products depending on nail type, lifestyle and condition to ensure long lasting results. **Manicure & Pedicure Services Policy** To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to review our policy: **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - **Same-day cancellations** (within 24 hours of your appointment) will result in a charge of **50% of the treatment cost**, payable at your next visit. - **No-shows** will also incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled treatment, added to your next visit. **Late Arrivals** - If you arrive for your appointment and our technician is more than **15 minutes late**, you will receive a **£5 discount** on your service as a courtesy for the inconvenience. **Deposit Policy** - Deposits can be **rescheduled** or **refunded** if requested **at least 48 hours** before your scheduled appointment. - Any requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
