BY APPOINTMENT ONLY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payment The remaining balance must be paid in cash. If you choose to pay by card, a $3 processing fee will be added. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule after that timeframe, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Booking Requirements 📸 A current photo of yourself is required when booking online. Appointments submitted without a photo will be declined. Extra Guests For health and safety reasons, no extra guests or children are permitted during appointments. Frequently Asked Questions • Deposits are only refunded if you cancel or reschedule 24–48 hours before your appointment. • If I cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
