APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION • The appointment is only confirmed once the deposit corresponding to the selected service has been received. • Appointments are accepted until 10:00 p.m. If the deposit is not received before that time, the appointment will not be confirmed and you must schedule a new time. ⸻ 📤 2. SENDING THE RECEIPT • You must send the proof of payment (voucher) to the same number from which your appointment was managed. • Without proof, the appointment will not be valid. ⸻ 💵 3. PAYMENT METHOD • The payment of the remaining balance of the service is exclusively in cash. • Please bring the exact or simple amount. ⸻ ⏰ 4. Punctuality • The client has a maximum of 10 minutes of tolerance. • If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, the appointment can be made if time permits, but the deposit will NOT be deducted from the total service. • With 15 minutes or more delay, the appointment will be canceled automatically, the service will not be performed and the deposit will NOT be refunded or transferable. • Service time is not extended due to late arrivals. ⸻ ❌ 5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations outside this deadline, no-show to the appointment or delays of more than 15 minutes will result in the total loss of the deposit. • The deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances. ⸻ 🚫6. PRE-HAIR REMOVAL CARE To avoid irritation, burns or skin lifting, you should stop at least 7 days before: • Topical or oral retinoids (Retinol, Retin-A) • Chemical scrubs (AHAs / BHAs) If these instructions are not met, the service may be canceled on the same day and the deposit will not be refunded.
