Structured beauty policies- To ensure the best experience for all clients, please take a moment to read our booking and appointment policies: Deposits: a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable , but transferable if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice via the link provided. No Shows: No-shows are not tolerated. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will not be permitted to book future appointments. Lateness: Arriving 10-15 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment and a no show/ late fee will be charged. Cancellations: • Cancellations 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit, or a $50 cancellation fee if no deposit was paid. • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full remaining balance of your service. • All outstanding fees must be paid within 24 hours to remain eligible for future bookings. • Salon Safety: For insurance and safety reasons children are not permitted in the salon. Please attend your appointment alone unless otherwise arranged in advance. • Health & Wellbeing: If you are unwell or contagious, please do not attend your appointment.
