PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING • A $500 Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit is REQUIRED. (This is NOT a charge; it’s a temporary hold until the PWC is returned without damage.) • You MUST have a valid driver’s license on file, along with a Boating Safety Certificate or Boating License if you were born AFTER January 1st, 1988. • Must be 21 years or older to rent, 18 years old to operate. • Additional Riders are $25 per person. (1 passenger per PWC.) • Waiver forms will be provided and MUST be completed before your rental. • Please arrive 30 MINUTES EARLY for a Safety Orientation. • NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED: (Operating a PWC while intoxicated is considered a DUI. Your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND.) • All Florida boating safety rules and conditions MUST be followed. • CANCELLATIONS: Must be made more than 24 hours before your rental time for a full refund. (Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per jet ski.) • CONFIRMATIONS: Messages will be sent out along with our waivers to the number you saved on file, 48 HOURS before your rental. Confirmation messages and waivers MUST be confirmed and filled out 24 HOURS BEFORE your rental time. Failure to confirm or fill out the waivers could result in a CANCELLATION WITHOUT REFUND • LATE FEES: A charge of $25 per jet ski will be added for every 15 minutes late on arrivals or returns.
