By booking with Sparkle and Style, you agree to the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties. ⸻ 🗓 Appointments Please provide accurate details when booking, including home size, number of bathrooms, and condition of the home. Pricing may be adjusted if incorrect information is provided. ⸻ ✨ First-Time Cleanings A deep cleaning is recommended for first-time clients or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently. This ensures your home is brought to a high, maintainable standard. ⸻ 💵 Payments Payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to your appointment. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee. ⸻ 🚗 Travel Fee A travel fee may apply for homes located outside of our standard service area. ⸻ 🐾 Pets Homes with pets may require an additional fee due to extra time needed for hair removal and detailed cleaning. ⸻ ⚠️ Condition of Home Heavily soiled homes, excessive clutter, or buildup may require additional time and cost beyond the initial quote. ⸻ 🏡 Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning The home must be empty prior to service. If the home is not empty, the appointment may be rescheduled or adjusted. ⸻ 🔐 Access to Home Clients must ensure access to the home at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.
