Makeup & Beauty Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing our beauty services. To provide the best possible experience for every client, please read and respect the following policies before booking. Booking & Deposits * A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits will be deducted from the final balance of your appointment. * Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and the booking has been approved/accepted by us. * If booking online, submitting a booking request does not automatically secure your appointment slot. You will receive confirmation once your appointment has been reviewed, accepted, and the deposit/payment requirements have been completed. * We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary. * Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of the appointment. Online Booking Policy * Online bookings are considered requests only until confirmed by us. * Please wait for a confirmation message/email before assuming your appointment is secured. * If payment or deposit is not received within the requested timeframe, your appointment request may be cancelled automatically. * Double bookings, unavailable times, or incorrect service selections may need to be adjusted after review. Cancellation Policy * A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. * cancellations on the appointment will result in loss of deposit. * Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will require 100% of the appointment fee to be paid. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and a last-minute cancellation means I lose that working time and income — the equivalent of turning up to work and not being paid for your hours. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. * Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount. No-Shows * Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Rescheduling * One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. * Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit to secure another appointment. Bridal & Group Bookings * Bridal, prom, or group bookings may require a larger deposit and signed agreement. * Final numbers, timings, and locations must be confirmed at least 2 weeks before the booking date. Health, Safety & Hygiene * Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical concerns before your appointment. * Cleanliness and hygiene are extremely important, and all tools/products are sanitised between clients. * We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable or safe. * where a patch test is required is a must if there is no patch test I can’t continue with the treatment. Children & Extra Guests * Unless agreed in advance, please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment to maintain a professional and relaxing environment. Refund Policy * Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided after a service has been completed. * If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. Respect & Conduct * We strive to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients. * Any rude, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the appointment and refusal of future bookings.
