Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, said fee is $3000. A late fee of $2000 will be charged and after 1/2 hr of lateness, appointment will be canceled. No call or no show will lead to no more access to bookings in the future. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
