Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before, anything after this you will have to pay 100% of the appointment price. Failure to pay this and you will be unable to book in again. Booking holding fees (deposits) are non refundable. For appointments outside of my working hours, an extra £15 will be added on. This is to respect me working earlier/ later and my time given out of hours.
