Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by me. I require a non refundable deposit for certain services to secure your appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours and rescheduling are not permitted, and non refundable deposits will be collected regardless of reason. Emergencies are the only exception but that must be communicated with me. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at my discretion. Payments accepted are apple pay or cash. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been discussed with me. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Looking forward to seeing you.
