BOOKING POLICY All appointments must be booked through the booking system or via direct message (DM). Every appointment requires confirmation, and the booking fee must be paid within 24 hours to secure your slot. If the booking fee is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed and will be cancelled. I do not have access to your card details. Payments are only processed in cases of no-shows or late cancellations. GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers are available upon request and are valid for six months. Expiry dates are final and will not be extended under any circumstances. LATENESS If you arrive 10–15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be altered or cancelled. The full cost of the original booking will still apply. TREATMENT CHANGES If you need to change your treatment, please notify me as soon as possible so I can adjust your appointment time. If you fail to do so, the original charge will still apply. NO-SHOW POLICY If you miss your appointment, attempt to reschedule on the same day, or fail to attend, full payment will be required due to the loss of service. Please aim to make any changes at least 24 hours in advance. REMOVAL & INFILLS I do not offer infills on work done by another artist. If you have existing work from another technician, it must be removed beforehand. Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Anything beyond this period may require removal at an additional cost.
