🟡 Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a $25.0 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment; this deposit will be applied toward the total service price, with the remaining balance due on the day of service, and if you reschedule using the provided link your deposit will automatically transfer to the new booking. No Call No Show Or Late deposit will be missed to cover that appointment 🟡 Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Will have to book a new appointment with new deposit made. 🟡 Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary; applicable platform fees may apply. Surcharges may apply for appointments before or after regular hours ($100) and for fit-in appointments on major holidays
