Booking: Sessions must be paid 24 hours before the session. Payment: Your spot is confirmed only once payment is received. Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session start time. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Lateness: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

WHAT IS AM.FIT????
A group session that combines strength and high intensity cardio to maximize calorie burn during and after the session.
