SHOTZ4EVA PHOTOGRAPHY – TERMS & CONDITIONS By booking a shoot with Shotz4eva Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions below. 1. BOOKING & AVAILABILITY • Availability must be confirmed via email, direct message, or the Shotz4eva website. • If your requested date is unavailable, Shotz4eva may recommend another photographer where possible. • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. • The deposit confirms your date, time, and photographer and is non-refundable under all circumstances unless stated otherwise in these terms. 2. PAYMENT • The remaining balance must be paid in full before the shoot begins. • Shotz4eva reserves the right to refuse to start or continue the shoot if full payment has not been made. 3. ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT • Clients must remain reachable on the day of the shoot. • Any changes must be communicated at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. • If the client causes a late start, a £50 late fee may apply. • If the client arrives more than 20 minutes late, the shoot may be cancelled and the deposit will be lost. • For events that start late, additional charges may apply depending on the delay. 4. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS • Cancellation fee: £50 • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice and must take place within 2 months of the original booking date. • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the shoot will result in loss of deposit. • Cancellations made at any time will result in loss of deposit. If Shotz4eva is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered one of the following: • A replacement photographer (if available), or • A full refund, or • A free future shoot (if images are lost due to technical issues) 5. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG • In the unlikely event that no usable images are produced, Shotz4eva’s liability is limited to a full refund only. • Shotz4eva is not responsible for indirect losses, including missed opportunities, loss of income, or emotional distress. • Nothing in this agreement removes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under UK law. 6. PHOTOS & USAGE RIGHTS • Clients may use images for personal use only, including social media sharing and personal printing. • Images may not be sold, licensed, or used for business or commercial purposes without written permission from Shotz4eva. • Shotz4eva retains the right to use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media. • If you do not wish your images to be used by Shotz4eva, you must notify us in writing before the shoot. 7. SAFETY • Clients are responsible for ensuring that shoot locations are safe and accessible. • Shotz4eva is not liable for accidents or injuries unless caused by the photographer’s own negligence. • If the photographer feels unsafe due to harassment, threats, or dangerous conditions, the session will end immediately with no refund. 8. FORCE MAJEURE (UNEXPECTED EVENTS) • If events outside anyone’s control occur (including extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies), the shoot may be rescheduled. • If rescheduling is not possible, a fair refund may be offered at Shotz4eva’s discretion. 9. PHOTO DELIVERY & STORAGE • Final edited images will be delivered up to 5 days, unless otherwise agreed. • Images will be delivered via online gallery, USB, or another agreed method. • Editing includes basic colour correction and light retouching only. • Additional or advanced edits may incur extra charges. • Shotz4eva will retain image files for at least 10 days after delivery.
