A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 JMD (NCB) or $22 USD (PayPal) is required immediately after booking to confirm your slot. If not paid within 30 mins, the appointment will be removed. Lash removals don’t require a deposit, which means it must be paid in full after booking. (For bank transfers, DO NOT select “RTGS”—use “ACH” instead.) ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling ❌ Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 days in advance. If canceled less than 2 days before, or if a new time is not scheduled after canceling, the deposit will not be credited to a future appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
