To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the following policies carefully: ⸻ 📅 Appointments & Cancellations • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Same-day cancellations are considered No Shows. • No Shows will not be tolerated and will incur a $15 fee. • Life happens! Please communicate with me — consideration goes a long way. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • There is a 15-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes, a $5 late fee will be added for every additional 15 minutes. • After 45 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. • Please text me in advance if you’re running late so I can check if we need to reschedule. ⸻ 🏡 Appointment Details • No extra adult guests please. • Children are welcome. • Address will be provided 2 days before your confirmed appointment. • Snacks and drinks available upon request. ⸻ 💅 During Your Appointment • If you’re unhappy with something, please speak up during the appointment so I can fix it right away. • Concerns after the appointment will not be addressed. • No refunds. A discount may be applied to your next service depending on the situation. ⸻ 🔧 Retention Policy • I offer a 7-day guarantee on your nails! • If a nail breaks within 7 days (with no trauma), I’ll fix it free of charge. • After 7 days, repairs are $5 per nail. • Please send photos of the issue before booking a fix. ⸻ 🧴 Nail Aftercare • Treat your nails gently — no heavy lifting, tight shoes, or rough handling. • Apply cuticle oil every 2–3 days to maintain health and retention. ⸻ 🎉 Rewards Program • Come 7 times and receive a special treat! • Ask for more details at your appointment 🥰 ⸻ Thank you for your support and understanding!
