We require government issued photo ID for all clients 16 years of age and older. For those aged 12 - 15, we require photo ID for the child, government issued photo ID for the parent who is present to sign for them, and a birth certificate that lists both the parent and child's name. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Arriving late or without proper ID will also result in the loss of your deposit. If you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. Deposits will come off the price of your service at the appointment. Please note that we do not install or pierce with outside jewelry.
