CANCELLATIONS Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a complete cancellation. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking (as long as rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice). I allow clients to reschedule their appointment 3 times with sufficient notice. After the third time the booking will be classed as a cancellation and charges will apply. NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS No shows and late cancellations will be charged at the full amount. Should this cancellation charge not be paid you will be unable to book any future appointments with Perfect Plaits until the outstanding amount is settled in full.
