* PAYMENT METHOD FOR REMAINING BALANCE: - Cash (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱) - Venmo (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱) - Zelle (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱) - Apple Cash * A non-refundable $20 deposit is required upon booking, which will be applied towards your final total on the day of. * When booking, your bank may show a temporary authorization hold for the remaining balance. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. *If you are unhappy with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. If appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction, which must be scheduled within 3 days of the original service. *Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, changes of mind, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. * We may cancel or reschedule your confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as possible. * I have a 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
