Terms and Conditions Appointments and Cancellations Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the advertised grooming fee, or forfeiture of a deposit (if applicable) Late arrivals of more then 15 minutes may require rebooking and will be treated as a missed appointment Customer Data and Privacy Paws for thought will collect and store customer and pet information for the purpose of providing a grooming service Customer date will be held on our booking site, iPad and iPhone this will include your name, home address email and phone number. Health and Safety Customers must inform Paws for thought of any medical or behavioural issues prior to the appointment If the Dog/Cat becomes aggressive or overly distressed, grooming may be pause or terminated for safety reasons Liability While every care is taken, Paws for thought is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or reactions arising from grooming In the event of an emergency Paws for thought will seek veterinary care.The customer agrees to cover related costs. Payment Payment is due at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed.
