We are committed to delivering exceptional clinical standards and premium care. To protect both our clients and our nurses, all bookings are secured at the time of scheduling.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment, calculated based on the length of your appointment time.

As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, treatments can be adjusted or added to during your visit. However, reducing the originally booked treatment on the day is not possible, as this time has been allocated in advance. A reasonable grace period of 15 minutes is offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling at the business discretion. 

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit or a charge of up to 50% of the booked treatment value, whichever is higher. Failure to attend your appointment will also incur this charge.

Deposits are transferable when changes are made within the permitted notice period.

We reserve the right to make exceptions in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
