Please note this deposit is mandatory and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding! 💕 ⚠️ Your appointment will only be confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from me. Please double-check that your contact phone number is correct before completing your booking. ⚠️ If you can’t make it, please try to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. This way, I can offer the space to another client and you can avoid paying a fee for the missed time. 💅 ✨ Cancellation Policy ✨ 🟢If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. 🟢The 50% deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule on time. 🟢As a small business, I kindly ask for your understanding that I cannot afford no-shows or last-minute cancellations. If you cancel at the very last minute (within 5 hours or less of your appointment), you will be charged the full price of the treatment.
