• $10 non refundable deposit, no deposit = no appointment (Cash app, Zelle, Apple Pay) • Deposit goes towards your service, remaining balance must be paid: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash app (payments via Cash app / Apple Pay have a $2 fee) • Must come with bare healthy nails, I will not work on cuts or damadged nails! • I do not work over other techs work, (I do offer soak offs) • Clients are allowed up to 2 fill ins • Please do not bring extra guest without having discussed with me in advanced • I have a 15 minute grace period, after 10 mins $10 fee, after 15 mins appointment will be cancelled • My services take 2-4hours, pease plan / book accordingly, I do not want to be rushed! • No shows = banned • I am located in North / Central Lakeland • I share a suite, please be respectful of me, my business partner, my time & my space • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before appointment. • I do accept walk ins/ same day appointments, but please discuss the time with me first or your appointment will be cancelled
