Cancellations- Cancellations within 2 days till to your appointment you will be charged the remaining service fee. Lateness/No show - - After 5 minutes a late fee will occur. - Regulars- after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a payment will be charged for the full remaining service. - New clients- after 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled and a payment will be charged for the full remaining service. - If you do not show up to your appointment the full payment will be charged.
