Please provide at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of your scheduled service. If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or we may not have the time for art levels to be achieved. Clients who no show for their appointment without any notice will be charged the full amount of their service.
