* Appointments: I work based on appointments, clients are advised to book their slot a day or two before time as there might be much traffic. While booking kindly send a sample or design of what you’d like to do. * Walk-in clients are also welcome, we have two other Nail Techs that have been well trained by me over the years and are more than capable to handle your Nails. * Pricing: kindly note that prices varies depending on the length, design and accessories. However prices are fixed, We can offer discounts only on special occasions or simply work within your budget range. * Cancellation policy: we understand things can come up, we kindly ask that you communicate to us at least 2 hours before time to find someone else to take your slots. * Waiting time: kindly note that what ever time we give is only an estimated time, there’s so many factors that can make us delay with your appointment time, but waiting time shouldn’t be more than 30-40 minutes, should it be longer than the waiting time we will communicate to you as well. * Standard operating procedure: we trust our well laid out procedures to archive your satisfaction while maintaining our brands interest, we will not accept clients that will want us to use other methods unknown to us in doing their nails.
