Booking & Service Policy Please review all service descriptions carefully prior to booking to ensure accurate pricing. Inspiration photos must be submitted at the time of booking to receive the most accurate quote. All services include a 3-day worry-free nail repair guarantee. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Deposits must be submitted within 1 hour of booking to secure your time slot. Deposits may be transferred one time if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduling & Availability If you do not see a time that fits your schedule, please feel free to reach out with your preferred date and time. I will do my best to accommodate you. Appointment Confirmation All appointments must be confirmed the day prior to your scheduled service. Failure to confirm will result in automatic cancellation. The service address will be provided after your appointment has been confirmed. Late Policy * A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments scheduled before 6:00 PM. * Appointments scheduled after 6:00 PM have a 5-minute grace period only. * Arrivals beyond the grace period may result in cancellation to avoid delays for other clients. No Shows & Rescheduling * After 1 no-show or 2 reschedules, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Payments * Cash payments must be exact change only * Accepted electronic payments: Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay * Card payments are accepted but will include applicable taxes and processing fees Communication Clients are encouraged to use the booking site for all scheduling, updates, and notifications.
