POLICIES Appointments • To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit must be made. This will go toward your total service. • Please remove all makeup prior to coming to your appointment. • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill in all consent forms, and 5 minutes early for all further appointments. Cancellations • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late Arrival / No Shows • If you are late to your appointment by more than 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows will result in your deposit being forfeited. • Clients who no-show a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with N’Dee Luxe Lash Co.
