💷 Booking fee is non refundable ( this amount will be deducted of the cost of the appointment) If the appointment needs to be changed this must be done 48hours before the appointment booking in order to carry over the deposit, in personal circumstances this may be reduced but this must be discussed and agreed with the lash tech. ⏰️ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment the appointment will be cancelled unless agreed otherwise prior to lateness! In order to rebook 50% the treatment price must be paid to make another booking. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽 If more than one person is attending the appointment this must be agreed prior to the appointment. 🏨 If a allergy has occurred this must be reported to the lash tech within 24 hours of the appointment. 🛑 Any issues with a lash set must be reported back to the lash tech within 24 hours in order for this to be corrected without charge 🤬 Any rudeness or abuse will not be tolerated your bookings will be cancelled and you won't be able to rebook 📽 CCTV in opperation at the property.
