Before Booking, please read. To help everything run smoothly and make sure you have the best experience possible, please take a moment to review the following before booking. ⭐️Deposits & Appointments • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance. • Services $125 and under: $25 deposit • Services over $125: $50 deposit ✨ Need to reschedule? No worries! Your deposit can still be applied to your appointment as long as you reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Appointments cannot be reserved without a deposit. • I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled so I can stay on schedule for other clients. ⭐️Guests To keep the studio comfortable, relaxing, and running smoothly, I kindly ask for; • Clients must be 18+, no minors. • Please no extra guests, this includes children. ⸻ ✂️ Hair Services • A consultation is required for all hair services. This allows us to discuss your desired look, your hair’s current condition, and what can realistically be achieved. • Hair appointments can vary greatly in length. Some services may be quick, while others can take several hours. Please plan your day accordingly and allow yourself enough time for your appointment. • By appointment only. Consultation must take place first in order to plan accordingly. In some instances, same day appointments are available. ✨ ⸻ 🧿 Lash & Brow Services 🫧Please arrive with clean lashes and eye area, free of makeup, oils, and residue. This helps save time and allows me to work more efficiently. • I do not offer foreign fills. If you currently have extensions from another artist, please add the removal service while booking. • Lash removals can take approximately 15–30 mins. , giving enough time is important. ☕ Please avoid coffee or other caffeinated drinks before your lash appointment. Caffeinated drinks can make eyes jittery and hard to work with. • Come ready to relax and enjoy some quiet time. • Appointment times vary depending on the service and the amount of work needed. 😴 Naps are okay during appointment! ⭐️Lash Results & Adjustments Your satisfaction is important to me! If you have any concerns about your lash results, please reach out to me within 24 hours of your appointment so we can discuss them. Tweaks and tiny fixes are okay. Read additional details. • I do not offer refunds 🚫 • If an adjustment or correction is needed, we can schedule a follow-up appointment for the closest upcoming time I have available. • Changing to a different style from the original one selected, will cost a -new full set of lashes charge. • If a removal and a new style is agreed on, you agree to be charged for a new full set of lashes. Removal will be free. Please do not remove them yourself.
